Night Owl Ball

The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County and Willowbrook Wildlife Center in Glen Ellyn will host the annual “Night Owl Ball” fundraising gala on Saturday, March 15 6-11 p.m. at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville, 3003 Corporate West Dr. in Lisle. Resident birds of prey from Willowbrook will greet attendees. Other activities include a cocktail hour, three-course meal, music, dancing, and silent and live auctions.Tickets are $75 each and $675 for tables of eight and are available at Willowbrook at 525 S. Let the Good Times Roll

Congregation Etz Chaim of Du Page County will present “Let the Good Times Roll” 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 at the synagogue, 1710 S. Highland Avenue, Lombard. The gala evening will include gaming, music, dancing, auctions and raffles all to support the work of the congregation. Tickets are $25 per person, which includes a lavish appetizer buffet, unlimited dancing and a stack of gaming chips. AMI concert

Christ Lutheran Church will partner with the American Music Institute and groups from surrounding communities to offer a benefit concert series. The first AMI Benefit Concert will be held March 23 at 2 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, Route 83 and 55th St., Clarendon Hills. There will be music, food, drinks and a silent auction. Musical performances include favorites by Mozart, Vivaldi, Beethoven, Brahms and others. Proceeds go toward Financial Aid and Scholarships for young artists. Arboretum Run

The Morton Arboretum will hold its fourth annual 10K Run on Sunday, April 13 at the Arborteum, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and race begins at 8 a.m. The USATF-certified course follows the Arboretum’s East Side Main Route through scenic, rolling terrain. Register in person, at mortonarb.org/calendar or via mail postmarked by Wednesday, April 4. The cost, including admission, is $30 for members or $35 for nonmembers. The Human Race

Giving DuPage will host the third annual “The Human Race” 5K Run/Fitness Walk at 9 a.m., Saturday, April 26, at The Esplanade at Locust Point in Downers Grove. Walkers and runners designate a charity to receive the donation from their race registration fee. March registration is $35 per walker and $40 per runner. Helping Hand Gala

Helping Hand Foundation will host its 15th Annual Gala and Auction on April 5 at the Burr Ridge Marriott, 1200 Burr Ridge Pkwy, Burr Ridge.
