La Grange police investigate graffiti

LA GRANGE — Police are investigating a series of graffiti incidents discovered Sunday morning on the southeast side of town near Gordon Park.

Police found gang graffiti at 10:49 a.m. Sunday at General Insulation Co., 405 Shawmut Ave.

Black paint was used to mark “666” and “LKK” with an upside-down pitchfork was found at Musser, 505 Shawmut Ave.

Graffiti also was found on the west side of an abandoned building nearby at 415 Shamut Ave.

In addition, a sign for Gordon Park near Shawmut and Tilden avenues was vandalized.
