La Grange’s Smothers Realty is number one
LA GRANGE — Smothers Realty Group was the number one realty firm for home sales and volume in La Grange and LaGrange Park, according to 2012 Multiple Listing Service figures.
In La Grange, Smothers commanded a 24 percent market share, selling twice the dollar volume of homes as the nearest competitor. In LaGrange Park, Smothers’ market share was 22 percent. In addition, five out of the top 10 agents for single family home sales in 2012 for La Grange and LaGrange Park combined were from Smothers Realty Group.
