Babson College announced the residents qualified for the fall semester dean’s list, which recognizes outstanding student scholarship:

From Burr Ridge: Chibuzo Obasi, (Class of 2016)

From Western Springs: Scott Doten, (Class of 2016)

Christina Solomon, of Burr Ridge, was presented a McClain Scholarship from Grace College (Indiana) recently.

Solomon was one of 133 high school students hosted by the college for its 2013 Presidential Scholarship Competition. The competition, held annually, brings finalists to campus to compete for scholarships ranging from $1,000 – $25,000 per year.

Ryan Neff of Westchester was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at the University of Missouri. Neff is a freshman studying journalism with a minor in computer science. He is a member of the Climbing Club, a group of students that participates in rock climbing competitions. Neff graduated from Proviso Math and Science Academy in 2012 and is the son of Art and Sheryl Neff.

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee named to its dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester:

From La Grange: Victoria A. Siegel, (health sciences undergraduate)

From LaGrange Park: Molly A. Habenicht, (education undergraduate)

From Western Springs: Stephanie C. Condon, (business undergraduate)

Kelsey A. Holbert, (letters and science undergrad)

Thomas Mulc, of Burr Ridge, has been named to the dean’s list at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology for the winter quarter. Mulc is a sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering. He is the son of Vlado and Jenny Mulc.

From Burr Ridge: Melissa Giese (summa cum laude), bachelor of science, biology.

From Clarendon Hills: Michael Evans a bachelor of science in finance.

From LaGrange Park: David Gamboa, bachelor of arts in political science.

From La Grange: Lisa Kapsa, master in professional accountancy; Michelle Medenis, bachelor of arts in elementary education

From Oak Brook: Ivonne Santiago, bachelor of science in organizational communication

From Oakbrook Terrace: Rose Adkins, bachelor of arts, exercise science, psychology; Erik Andersen, bachelor of science, business admin., English.

From Westchester: Dominica Cassata, bachelor of arts, interdisciplinary communication studies.

From Western Springs: Allison Chambers (summa cum laude), bachelor of music, music education; Sandra Aguirre Lievano, bachelor of science, psychology
